How to Enter

  1. Log in through the link on the poster or email blast announcing the competition.

  2. Review the list of available student categories to determine where your work fits best and follow directions to submit your entry.

  3. Be sure to credit your creative team members, ensuring they are appropriately recognized in press releases and other SCADDY winner publications.

  4. Awards are engraved based on the information submitted at entry, so all fields must be accurate.

  5. By submitting your entry, you grant SCADDY the right to use your work for exhibition, publication, and marketing purposes at the SCADDY Awards competition.

Deadlines

Please note all SCADDY entry deadlines for the 2025 competition year will fall on March 10, 2025. After preparing your entries according to the guidelines, ensure they are delivered to the designated location before the deadline. Be sure not to miss the deadline.

Important: Comps, original photographs, illustrations, and other materials submitted become the property of SCADDY and will not be returned. 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must be enrolled in the Advertising and Branding Program as a BA or BFA Undergraduate Senior or an MA/MFA graduate student.

  • Work entered into the competition must have been created between January 2024 thru March 2025.

  • Entries may be created for the SCADDY Awards or submitted from previous projects.

    The entrant must have created all work while they were students and not employed in advertising. Student internship work is not eligible nor are SCAD Pro Projects.

  • Recent graduates can enter if their work was created during the 2024 calendar year as a student and meets all other competition requirements.

Judges’ Decisions are final, including eligibility, qualifications, and appropriate category placements.

All Entries Must

  • Meet all eligibility and deadline requirements

  • Be entered in the correct category and be correctly identified

  • Conform to defined submission requirements

  • Conform to all copyright laws

Manifest Form

After completing the entry forms, you must sign a manifest form listing all your entries.

This form states that by signing below, you:

  • Verify that the above information is accurate.

  • Acknowledge that proper rights were obtained for using any elements of the entry that were not original.

  • Agree to submit documentation deemed necessary for review.

  • Release the entry for SCAD broadcast and/or print (allow reuse of material).

  • Verify that the entry was created within SCAD.
